Ashe Sterling 3f26108070 Let install.sh install just the binary, and check octets 
./install.sh --no-service recv|send builds the binary and installs it
to ~/.local/bin with CAP_SYS_NICE, and stops there: no unit, no
linger. The sender takes no address then, since the address is the
unit's argument. It says when ~/.local/bin is not on PATH, or when
another binary of the same name comes first, because a binary run by
hand is found through PATH.

The sender's address check only counted digits, so 10.0.0.300 passed
and the unit restarted on audiosend's rejection every three seconds.
It now checks each octet is at most 255 and the port at most 65535.
